Settle onto your mat, drop into stillness, and be gently led into meditation before being immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, flute, gong, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Amplify your intentions, soften into the sound, surrender to its healing, and realign with your most radiant, harmonious self.
