Press pause and schedule this time for a deep check-in with yourself as gentle sound waves guide you toward gratitude, deep relaxation, and inner renewal. Settle onto your mat, drop into stillness, and be gently led into meditation before being immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, flute, gong, chimes, and other sacred instruments. Amplify your intentions, soften into the sound, surrender to its healing, and realign with your most radiant, harmonious self.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, as the sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Please bring your yoga mat, along with your favorite blanket, and eye pillow if you have one.
