Membership purchases are non-refundable. Unlimited Membership and Mini Membership come with a 3-month commitment. Changes in your living situation, child care arrangements, commute, etc, are not grounds for early cancellation. After the initial 3-month commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time. Email hello@tarayogastudio.co with at least 7 days’ advance notice before your next billing cycle. Memberships can be frozen for a total of 30 days each year with a minimum of 14 days for a freeze. Please email us directly to set up your freeze.

The Mini Membership comes with 4 classes per month. Unused classes do not roll into the next month.

Class pack purchases are non-refundable. Please note the end date of your packages. 5 class packs expire after 3 months. 10 class packs expire after 6 months. These cannot be extended.

Workshops and special event purchases are non-refundable from the time of purchase.

Before class, please inform your teacher of any changes to your health conditions IE an illness, injury, or something new you are navigating. Keeping your teacher in the loop sets you up for a successful practice, as they can equip you with proper modifications and alternatives.

We reserve the right to make changes to our schedule and offerings at any time. These changes, should they arise, are not grounds for refund / cancellation.

We can accept unused / unworn retail returns within 7 days for store credit. We are happy to offer clothing exchanges re: size.

The Universe gifts you one hour free from electronics when you come to yoga class. Please leave your phone in your car or in your bag in the back room powered off or set on silent. Please set any Smart Watches / health tracking equipment to silent.

The studio is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal items during class. You are welcome to make use of the hooks and storage bench in the backroom; however, we are a small boutique space and ask that you keep these items to a minimum.

Please claim any items you leave behind as quickly as possible. We make frequent trips to Goodwill and cannot hold on to your items.

Please honor the financial commitments you make when signing up to practice here at Tara Yoga Studio, and please also respect the time and energy of the teachers and owner. We are a tiny team, and every request to make exceptions to our policies is an unfair ask on our time, energy, and resources.
