Come warm up Tara Yoga Studio in this FREE community event in the heart of downtown Novato. Founder Marisa LaValette will guide you through an all-levels vinyasa flow class at 11:00am.

At 12:00pm, Marisa’s beloved kirtan teacher Mirabai Warkulwiz will lead our whole group in a mini-sing-along to channel energy, abundance, and community connection for our new and developing satsang (our spiritual collective.)

You are invited to stay for vegan, gf appetizers, hibiscus beverage, and, of course,…cake. There will be a raffle and surprises. All are welcome at this free event. If you would like to attend class directly at 11:00am, please save your spot in the class today, as it is filling quickly. We can’t wait to flow, sweat, sing, and eat cake together with YOU.

Note: You are welcome to arrive at 11:55pm (don’t be late!) for singing and snacks if you are unable to come to class.
