Space to Breathe: a workshop just for Mothers

This is a yoga workshop for all mothers, from pregnancy through menopause. In this workshop, mothers will take time away from stress and the daily grind to drop back into themselves through intentional deeper movement, expansive breath practices, guided meditation and a bit of reflective journaling. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded and connected to yourself.

Kari Kittinger at MotherLove Yoga offers specialized yoga therapy designed exclusively for mothers, guiding women from pregnancy through menopause. Rooted in ancient wisdom yet backed by modern science, her approach makes yoga accessible, down-to-earth, and fun for everybody. We believe yoga is a daily essential for mental and physical well-being—like brushing your teeth—requiring no fancy yoga pants, flexible body, or heated room. Our mission is to help mothers feel capable and supported at every stage of their journey, empowering them to claim their strength, find balance, and thrive.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled, as we’ll begin promptly at 10:30am.
