“Marisa’s yoga classes are such a gift. She brings a warm, energetic flow that beautifully blends the physical and spiritual. Marisa's attention to form with each individual makes every class feel personal and supportive, while the sense of community she creates is truly special. Best of all, she has this incredible way of helping you connect what happens on the mat with the life you’re living off it.”

Abby Kojola

“When Marisa guides my yoga practice I feel grounded and enjoy spaciousness in my movements. The structure she offers feels supportive, her cues help me stay focused on my breath and her pace allows me to flow steadily and feel strong. Marisa’s energy is warm, consistent, and encouraging. She connects with each student and co-creates community within each class. I always enjoy my time in her classes and am able to access the peace and relaxation I seek from my yoga practice.”

“I really enjoy taking yoga classes with Marisa. She beautifully blends philosophy and physical practice into a relevant body, mind, and spirit movement practice. I also appreciate her constructive hands-on adjustments, clear direction, and her always happy personality. I highly recommend taking a class with Marisa!”

Julie Weinstein

“I worked with Marisa 1:1 for private sessions every week for FOUR years—the best part of each week! Marisa has helped me strengthen my practice and my confidence in a way I would not have been able to do in group classes. With her guidance and support I have progressed more in my physical and spiritual practice than I ever believed I was capable of.”

Mike Edwards

“Marisa’s vinyasa class has a great flow and cadence to it. She makes it fun and challenging at the same time. She offers modifications for poses and teaches interesting breakout sections during class as a tutorial on different options for approaching handstands and other inversions.”
